Son muchos los pretextos que siempre ponemos para activarnos f\u00edsicamente, desde que no tenemos dinero para pagar el gym, o que estamos cansados, hasta que no tenemos la ropa necesaria para hacerlo. En realidad, lo \u00fanico que necesitas para empezar son unos tenis \u201ccomunes y corrientes\u201d y muchas ganas de hacerlo.<\/p>\n<p>La insistencia de que hagamos ejercicio proviene de los m\u00faltiples beneficios que nos brinda: reduce el riesgo de padecer <strong>enfermedades cardiovasculares<\/strong>, <strong>eventos cerebrovasculares, hipertensi\u00f3n, diabetes, osteoporosis<\/strong> <strong>y algunos c\u00e1nceres<\/strong> como el de colon o mama. Emocionalmente nos ayuda a reducir la depresi\u00f3n y ansiedad, as\u00ed como hacernos sentir felices y en\u00e9rgicos.
