Se sabe que un infarto ocurre cuando una placa de calcio y sarro cierra el paso de la circulaci\u00f3n sangu\u00ednea en alguna arteria importante del coraz\u00f3n, pero esa placa es el resultado de los altos niveles de colesterol malo en nuestro organismo, adem\u00e1s de ser el causante de la obesidad. Es importante adoptar una dieta balanceada baja en grasas saturadas, alta en grasas buenas y naturales, baja en sal y az\u00facares, se debe tener un bajo consumo de carnes; alto en verduras, semillas y leguminosas.<\/p>\n<p>El aceite de oliva no soporta las altas temperaturas al momento de cocinar, esto elimina sus caracter\u00edsticas protectoras para el coraz\u00f3n, para cocinar o fre\u00edr tus alimentos debes utilizar otros aceites saludables que soporten altas temperaturas como el aceite de pepita de uva.<\/p>\n<p>Una copa de vino tinto al d\u00eda podr\u00eda favorecerte como cardio protector si es alto en taninos, cuyo sabor sea \u00e1cido como el cabernet y solo si es acompa\u00f1ado de una dieta saludable.
